[sharechat] How does a rights issue work

Hi everyone,

As a Spe shareholder and a novice investor, I would really like some
information on how a rights issue works. Bear in mind I know nothing, and
that I would like to know what happens at each of the dates mentioned, if
you get the rights automatically and when you have to pay for them.
