[sharechat] PRG's minority shareholders

Pacific Retail's majority shareholders list must be the smallest I've
ever come across. It does make for one good thing - Watson can hold
his next PRG shareholders meeting in a phone booth. Seriously though,
I am sure it does allow for future acqusitions/mergers to get off the
ground much more quickly knowing that you only have to consult with a
handful to gain 90% support. I suspect the market will be caught
napping on this one when Watson decides to move.
