[sharechat] Direct's service...

While we're offering *service* opinions...

Totally agreed.
Direct's trading on my behalf, even as a faceless internet client, has been
nothing short of superb.
My botched entries and mangled numbers were quickly picked up and notified,
even when it might have been in the company's interest to take me at face
value.
I have seen buy orders completed at prices below my limit, even in a rising
stock.

I have no connections to Direct other than my client number, but they're
lovely on the phone even when you owe them money (PS checks in the mail.. ;)

And Steve, their chief technical consultant (who has MUCH better things to
be doing with his time) spent literally hours sorting out some minor
technical problems I was having.
So, as a smalltime trader I give them a hearty two thumbs up.

And on a rather separate note, I think they compare favourably to several of
their competitors on the integrity front. Just MHO, of course.

Cheers,
Phil
