Hasn't  got a clue, has he?   Another hot-air
balloon - he'll float about for a couple of years enjoying himself 
at our expense, then make all the excuses under the sun why his grandiose
schemes didn't work , and finally crawl back into the woodwork when his
bubble bursts.
