Now Oliver you need to become a bit more proactive. You can ring PLL on 09 - 309 5221 and ask for John Morten. When my friend told me about PLL and how good it was l brought some shares at NZD$4 this included an option to purchase another share for $4. It was not till after my first PLL AGM that l realised how good the company was. The next day after the AGM l was on the phone to PLL and asking how can l buy some more shares. They gave me a list of all the shareholders who want to sell. l brought chunks of shares at NZD$2.75 and NZD$3.50. I virtually brought out all the major sellers. My average price for PLL is around NZD$3.20. PLL shares were last trading at around NZD$7 -$8. That's what l mean about been proactive. I have also set up a US bank account and open an account with a major US broker in anticipation of a successful IPO. I have a personal broker that knows me and l will be able to contact on listing date. I will be talking to tax specialists to assess and minimise any tax exposure. l have been talking to banks to determine if l can take out forward cover to take advantage of the low NZD/USD rate if l want to convert the funds back into NZD. Whether PLL is a success or not l will be ready.
