[sharechat] ITC

I noticed Armstrong Jones has reduced its stake in ITC by nearly 2%.  Im
keen to get in as I see the current price as a bargain - this is nearly
as cheap as the last lot I bought, before Terrabyte, Exo-net or VS. 
Question is, is it worth waiting to see if the remaining 11m shares
Armstrong Jones still holds are going to hit the market before I buy?
