There are about 250m shares, which means <$2.5m cash at the end.  Which
means any acquisitions would need to be done by issuing masses of new
shares rather than paying cash.  The NTA after the Bliss  deal was
expected to be north of 4cps, so Im glad Im not Ken Wikeley right now -
he is going to get blown up royally at the shareholders meeting to
approve this.  (Rightly so, too).
