[sharechat] FEG & Bruneil oil prospecting

I am not surprised that FEG has abandoned the first of
its wells in Brunei. Having worked in Brunei (an
extremely tiny sultanate) some years ago, it was my
impression that there is no more new oil fields to
'discover' and any potential prospects would have been
snapped up by Shell or some of the other oil companies
(who have been prospecting in the area for decades)
some time ago. Not surprising, the FEG share price
dipped 2.1% on the news. Expect more disappointing
news in the weeks to come.
