For those who haven't seen it - 

AQL05/05/2000ASSET REL: 1601 HRS Aquaria 21 Limited 
ASSET: AQL: RE SALE OF SHANGHAI AQUARIUM Aquaria 21 
advised that Bliss Corporation, with whom Aquaria 21 
has a conditional agreement to sell the Shanghai 
Aquarium, has released anannouncement to the ASX 
about the current status of that agreement and 
theinterdependent agreement with Oceanis Australia 
Pty.  Both agreements have not settled.  The Directors 
of Aquaria 21 advised that there is a difference of 
opinion between Bliss Corporation and the vendor 
companies, Aquaria 21 andO ceanis, as to whether 
certain conditions precedent comprised in 
the contracts have been met.  Aquaria 21 and Oceanis 
are currently working to resolve these differences 
expeditiously.  Aquaria 21 expect to be in aposition 
to make a more definite announcement on or about 
09/05/00.
