Fair comment RIL.

Also skilled people like yourself who leave NZ 
taking there skills and subsidised education
with them aren't helping this country.

I'm not blaming anyone for leaving NZ, but
this issue does need to be addressed if NZ is
to develop further.

I would suggest that anyone leaving NZ permanently
should pay back the cost of their education and
any other social welfare payments. These were
after all, an investment by the people of NZ
in NZ's future.
