I too got the info from GPG and came to the same view, that is to leave it alone. I don't want to have yet another class of security in a stock (to eventually dispose of) despite the attractions of the deal. It took some reading to determine that there was a do nothing option but if Sir Ron is leaving it alone that's a good pointer.
