Hi Phil,

The NZ City collection of sites is owned by a company called New Zealand
City Limited.  With regards to the domain name dispute, (this is also from
memory) I think that Baseline was the company that they sued over a domain
name similarity.

Nick - as far as I know New Zealand City Limited is a private company.  I do
not think that any listed companies have provided capital for NZ City Ltd.
