David, I suspect it's a case of you not reading. If you actually read what I wrote, you would see that I was not suggesting a "deliberate lie" in the slightest. Quite the contrary I think they've got their shareholders' interests at heart, but when someone commences a hostile takeover, the target company SIMPLY DOES NOT KNOW ABOUT IT. It's not rocket science. I'm not saying a hostile takeover IS imminent either; I'm just suggesting it's a possibility, IMHO.
