David suggested $1.10 /share as the sale price for FFS

>From the charts on direct broking I have concluded the following.

In the year prior to Jul 98 the avg share price was about $1.50
Jul 98 the price was around $1.10.

Since then the price dipped to about 65c on average for the next year
with a low of around 45c.

It then broke over $1.10 again in Jul 99 for a short time,
since then has traded on average at about 70c (low about 51c)

My point is this: That during the last 3 years it has been possible at
some time each year each year to sell FFS at $1.10, and that prior
to Jul 98 a price of $1.50 could be expected.

The 99-00 techno hype has pushed traditional shares like FFS down
(temporarily) and the current share price is low in historical terms.

As a trader I would be quite happy with $1.10 for FFS.
However if I was a long term investor, I would not be and
would vote against the sale at such a cheap price.
