[sharechat] Fletcher building

I have been following this stock for several years
and am rather suprised at the beating it is taking. Last week the stock
fell 10%.  J.B.Were and most other brokers rate this either a buy or
an accumulate stock, yet it never seems to take off. Last year it was fairly
volatile yoyoing between 2.30 to 3.20 but now it just sits in the low 2s.
The current dividend is very good and despite a downturn in
residential building, prospects seem good.
The current restructuring of the division briefly stirred the stock to life
but it has sunk back again.
Last week i recieved my annual bonus at work and was seriously
contemplating topping up my holding. With the markets now going mad
i will wait to see how low things go.  Hopefully there will be enough panic
to send the price plummeting even further.
There are going to be so many oversold bargains around this week
that its going to be hard choosing which to snap up.
On another note i see bob jones is fed up with the hassles of
his own property investments and says its easier to invest in listed property companies.
He sees PFI as a good bargain, fantastic yield plus upward price potential, may
be a good time to seek comfort in bricks and morter
