I couldn't agree more with Nick and Ben's latest
posts: putting the other side to the doom and gloom scenarios that some
(including the local media) have painted over the last week.
IMHO value investors in the NZ market have no need
to panic - just keep it all in perspective.
Even if the entire world were to go into an
economic depression the likes of which we haven't seen since 1929 (which
personally I very much doubt will happen) I couldn't think of a better place to
be than this beautiful, sunny, unpolluted country, with its friendly, happy
(albethey "uneducated") people!
No need to lose one's sense of humour
either!
Cheers
Peter
