FRO took a little bit of a plunge today. Does anyone know what exactly enclosed announcements means and if someone has a research available on FRO (couldn't find anything).

Is ITC's recent fall to be explained with the fall of the NASDAQ or is there more in it? Several articles on the Web write of overvalued Tech-Stocks and create some kind of panic out there.
