The price to convert 1 TWRCA to a TWR is $2.825
Payable date - 01/10/2001

TWRCA currently pays half the dividend of TWR.

1000 TWRCA shares payed $65 dividend which
became $43.55 after withholding tax.

(Sold mine at $2.25 a while back at a modest
profit.)

TWR looks healthy at the moment, big turnover
of the head shares on friday.
