An investment statement for this has just come over my desk. They want
$10 m and they're going to lose only $6 m of it in the next 12 months.

What a deal! Gee can I have some. 

Deutsch Bank, where does it say in the prospectus that the company will
be insolvent shortly if the issue fails. Hey, why didn't you raise the
money at inception. Oh, I see. It's so the current shareholders can
convert a 3.8 NTA to 33.7 NTA. How ethical Deutsch Bank. What a service
you are providing in putting your great name to this outstanding issue.
