My thoughts on the drop on the nasdaq are that the reaction to the
microsoft thing is a kneejerk reaction and once the thing is rationalised
properly the tech market will bounce back.

1.      The effect on MS will be delayed during appeals etc perhaps up to 2 
years.

2.      The future looks brighter for companies hogtied by MS which should
unleash more innovation/progress in tech matters.

3.      This is the beginning of the most radical change in the history of
mankind not the end of it.

This is not to say that ITC will be invested in all the right areas but
they have on board some pretty astute investors and that's got to be a good
influence. Why has ITC dropped ? It is simply the sentiment with the fall
in the nasdaq but the NZ tech stoks have never risen to the same extremes
as the nasdaq. You saw that today with ITC falling like a brick on opening
down 10c at one stage to recover to be only 3c down.

I am still a fan and I suppose "in love" with ITC.
