That's the spirit Malcolm take the loss positively and move on.

A colleague of mine has been making good money by buying Pacific Lithium at
NZD5.37 and selling them on the US market via Raging Bull at USD10. He gets paid
in US dollars and with the current exchange rate he's pretty happy.

A friend has told me of a private NZ company which will be taken over by a
listed US company shortly. The share swap is 1-1. The US listed company is
trading around $17. The cost of the private NZ company is $1. Sounds too good to
be true....that's what l thought but l will look at it and decided then. I have
no idea what the companies involved are but the shares are "reserved" for me if
l am interested.

There is a new company been formed called Probe Pharmaceuticals in which seed
investors has been invited to invest. This is the best way to make some serious
money as the public offering will be at a much higher price. Probe was mentioned
in the NZ Herald recently.

My broker is currently selling my ITC purchased in NZ on the US market. As you
are aware the US market is willing to pay a lot more for ITC than we are. This
is a test case and l should know next week if my broker is successful or not.

For those interested in WDT l have approached the company and inquire about a
private placement of shares. They were very receptive and gave me Ray Thompson's
phone number. I haven't phoned yet but l am sure the company is looking for
additional funds and you may get the shares at a discount to the current share
price as long as you are willing to hold them for a year.

These are just a few ideas and investments where you can make some money other
than chasing the market.
When you are chasing the market you are either in too late or out too earlier.
