[sharechat] Who bought other 21.3 mil INL shares?

Telecom's media statement indicates the company bought 22.3 million shares 
(5.7%) of INL today. A total of 44.4 million INL shares were traded today so 
who bought the other 21.3 million shares (just over 5%)? I suppose we'll soon 
find out through a media announcement or a SSH notice.
