Go to http://www.mcafee.com/centers/clinic/ - all is self-explanatory from there.

I suggest you install a virus checker such as Nortons or McAfee.

I run Nortons Utilities, an excellent package of useful maintenance software including a virus checker.

Apparently network.vbs is not a serious infection. You must however find, isolate and delete the malicious files.
