What is your view on the options 3.2c 

Is the excise date getting to close, with all these percieved delays for them 
to make good buying?

Now it appears that heavy sellers have gone, I'm starting to add to my holdings 
of AQL. I've just picked up 60K @13c this morning.

INL - way a rally!!!
Nasdaq - up 153 points (3.25%)!!!
