[sharechat] INL worth more? I agree.

Mark,
I concur with your assumption of the situation. Any bulk buyer who
offers a price of $4.25 per share has obviously done his sums beforehand
and would expect a capital gain of far in excess of the $4.25 price for
his investment in the future. And buying up 5% stakeholding in a company
such as INL is big serious investment!
