Hi Chris, I remember reading that announcement and being very puzzled by the date - July for the shareholders meeting, surely not! However, it was reported in The Press on March 16 that: "a shareholder meeting would be called next month to approve Spectrum's change of business direction, and its conditional purchase of WEL Technology, announced in January". I also have received an Email from John O'Hara, the CEO of SPE confirming that "A shareholders meeting is due in April to ratify the change of direction etc". So, I guess that the date on the company announcement was wrong. Strange that no-one picked it up though.
