Ummm, the way I read it, they invested in Beauty Direct and are saving the
rest of their cash for the SPE rights issue instead of investing it in
another company:

Quote:

"This week we have invested in Beauty Direct's IPO and we will hold the rest
of the cash for Spectrum's Rights Issue.".

The question remains though, when is the rights issue?
