i went to http://www.mcafee.com

     They provide excellent online anti virus thingys

well worth joining for the clinic. They have free trial.

        You then have to download security update for outlook explorer.

The virus only affects users of outlook. Netscape users are ok.

   Anyway they got rid of the virus for me at mcafee , it only takes a few

minutes
