I guess it will be interesting to find out tomorrow whether there will be a
rush on INL shares at its new and more affordable price. Somehow though, with
the record date for the special dividend being on Friday, I doubt whether they
will be many sellers. If they are, the price for each share will definitely be
increased by the special dividend of 8.5 cents. Still I will be monitoring the
situation and trying to get in where I can. With a dearth of affordable and
consistently performing blue chip stocks on the NZ market, INL does look very
appealing at any price.
