Kausa,
drop into your local Library, Newspaper reading room, a great
place to browse, well the Chch one is. There's an article in the 
Sunday Star Times, 2 weekends ago I think. He's the guy who
masterminded the WEL ecommerce system and is now flogging
it off to North American utilities. He seems to have the technical
expertise, background, energy, ideas, personality to make a go
of it at Spectrum as CEO. There may be articles elsewhere.
