Kausa,
Perhaps the following post could anwser part
of your questions.

I quite like Spectrum. John O'Hara has been appointed as CEO. He is a
director of IT Capital and set up and sold Voyager. The board they
appointed before Xmas also looks pretty high powered.
It appears Spectrums plan is for business to business e-commerce with its
first acquisition being WEL Technology of which O'Hara is currently CEO.
The information available on WEL technology seems to suggest that is it an
established company that provides software solutions to the electricity
industry. WEL technology is expanding offshore where electricity markets
are deregulating which opens up the growth for the company.
Spectrum announced a rights issue to raise $10m on a 7 for 3 ratio at 5
cents. Also get 1 for 6 bonus options that should be worth something.
After accounting for the rights issue, in comparison to IT Capital and
Strathmore, Spectrum looks cheap.
