Like everyone else, I thought of this too, made an inquiry, and got the same response as Sarah has given. However, I also picked up the gossip, ( and I apologise to all the guns who already know this) that the last time ITC hit $1.00 + it was Merrill Lynch acting as market maker, buying up ITC & shunting it off to the US. I am led to believe they got their hand smacked for it (by ??).
