Nothing special about this. They simply getting retained earnings out of the
company and into shareholders hands before the new 39% personal tax rate
comes into affect. Many companies are now distributing for this reason - for
example, this is also the reason for the Warehouse's special dividend.

Nothing significant should be read into it, just prudent financial
management in terms of their shareholders' wealth.
