Two years ago the principals put in $1000 to kick the company off. Now
it is supposed to be capitalised at $20m on $51K of sales.

They are having trouble selling the issue in an unprecendented IT boom.

There is an obvious conclusion. In a game of poker if you don't know who
the lemming is at the table it is probably you.
