Hi Jane. 
As a small FFS shareholder I would also be interested in the answer to this.
I have Emailed FFS investor relations and asked for more particulars of this
shareholding and will report back to the list with any response I may get.

Stock Exchange in
                June this year. In the article, it was mentioned that
"Fletcher Forests is one
                of its big shareholders". With the share price in FFS as low
as it is now, is
                there a good chance of sharing the growth of Genesis by
buying into FFS?
