um, Derek, in case you haven't read the earlier posts there was a fairly
strong
article in a recent NBR (the reference is given further back in Sharechat)
telling
people to beware Henley in fairly strong terms. Maybe they've got it all
sorted out 
now but some of the major drawbacks were that they don't have a listing
anywhere
and don't seem to be going for one (how could they with just $51,000 p.a.
revenue
a year) so there are zilch prospects of getting your money back if you want
out in
a hurry, and that the software they are pushing is already supplied by a
lot of much
bigger already established competitors.
