It's always hard to get information from this
Company, & no-one has tried harder than I.
However,press announcements last month from
Chairman Trevor Masson said there would be a shareholders' meeting in March to
approve the purchase of the $6.5 million Igacu Restaurant in Parnell, & a
possible capital raising. The Company is heavily leveraged & at least 1
prominent figure from the old Wilson Neill is still involved. Company is
supposed to be having problems with it's Cobb & Co franchisees, or vice
versa.
A recent foray into Radionet has brought the "blue
sky" valuation associated with an IT Company.
A very hard stock to value. Meetings have
rarely been held when promised, but I am sure further information will be
released when directors are "good & ready".
New Auckland director Paul Hyslop Ph: 524-6875 may
be a source of information.
