I checked out the ASX announcements as suggested.

Its interesting to note that SNG consulting took a 5.6% stake in bliss:

SNG Consulting Pty Ltd became a substantial shareholder in Bliss
Corporation Limited on 28/02/2000 with a relevant interest in the
issued share capital of 1,744,804 ordinary shares (5.574%).
