Amy,
Company's AGM and Shareholders Meetings are two
separate things. While AGM is held once a year in accordance to the Company Act,
the shareholders meetings may be called for by a company or at the request of
shareholders to resove certain matters at any time, and for as many times. You
should have asked AQL about its next shareholders meeting instead of
AGM.
