[sharechat] Telecom turnover

There was very large turnover in Telecom today, in fact one of the largest
days in the last two years.  It seems somewhat strange considering volumes
to this point in the year have been well down.  I thought people were
waiting for the result next week.  What prompted today's turnover?  Did AAPT
announce something in Australia?
