Further to our previous announcements in relation to Eclipse Group,
including the Eclipse Media Release of 3rd February 2000, AI confirms
its understanding that Eclipse is presently considering listing on
the Australian Stock Exchange.

Details of the possible listing of Eclipse, including Eclipse's
capital structure and timing, have yet to be determined.

The initial steps to an Eclipse Initial Public Offering requires the
preparation and registration of a prospectus, the establishment of an
underwriting agreement, and obtaining various ASIC and Australian
Stock Exchange confirmations and approvals. Details of the proposed
capital structure cannot be finalised until these issues are
completed.

AI confirms that if the listing of Eclipse proceeds, AI is intending,
subject to the necessary ASIC and ASX approvals, to offer the sale of
its existing Eclipse shareholding to AI shareholders, in conjunction
with Eclipse's prospectus. Further, AI intends to seek from Eclipse,
an allocation or priority to AI shareholders of any new shares
offered by Eclipse. Details of any such offer or allocation have yet
to be determined, and may be subject to regulatory approval.
