[sharechat] Pumping and Dumping

I read an interesting news blurb, this morning concerning pumping and
dumping in Britain, and how their FSA, are looking at talking up stocks
on message boards, and then dumping them.
Has this happened on this board? Are their any steps in place to curb this
from occuring on the sharechat forum, such as due dilligence to pounce on
this from the regular posters.
