I've noticed the steep dive in Sky City IR's (I did have some but sold out
when they were still over $4.00 thank God)
but assumed it might have something to do with the next cash instalment
being due soon and the NZSE's gunshy 
aversion to paying out cash - when is that actually due? I would have
thought like you that they must be a pretty good buy by now.
