A further reason for "concentrating on risky capital gains approach " for me is that I have neither the luxury of sufficient capital to lay back and let dividends wash over me, nor the drag of a proper job...what I do have is a wonderful lifestyle in a fantastic part of NZ, and enough income to get by just fine.
