Dear David,

FLC is not declaring a dividend of 15cps on FLP Canada - Fletcher Canada have announced their Quarterly profit and are paying a dividend to holders of Fletcher Canada shares. FLP is a holder of Fletcher Canada shares and will receive the dividend.

If FLC is declaring a DIV of 15cps on FLP Canada, is that mean all the stock holder on FLC will have the Div or just the holder of FLP Canada?
