Osbert,

Yes you are on the button with AQL obsevations.  It appears these issues 
are at 90% of market price, the same arrangement ITC has.

Since your posting of an hour ago I have learned from my broker that an 
announcement is pending.  Of course that information is on their screens 
and not ours.

Question now is, who is doing what.  Come to think of it we have not 
heard much of Craig Heatley's eVentures lately.  What vehicle will he 
use, AQL?
