[sharechat] AQL - Reality Check

People on this forum are making some rather bold statements on AQL.
Some of these statements may well be proven correct eventually, while others
are blatantly incorrect.

Allow me to pose 2 questions.

Has AQL received shareholder approval to merge with Oceanis ??
Has Bliss received approval from its shareholders to buy the aquarium assets
of Oceanis ??

As far as I'm awear, the answer to the above questions is no!!

I can't see how anything can happen until shareholder approval is received,
which I presume will require the holding of general meetings in both cases.

Is approval from Bliss shareholders a mere formality ??
Perhaps they would rather go into hi-tech themselves, rather than buy the
assets of a dull aqurium company.

What I'm trying to say, is that people should always check out all the facts
for themselves, and not necessarily believe everything they read on forums
such as this.

All said however, AQL has so much smart money invested in it, that it is
difficult to believe that this company could be anything but a success at
sometime in the future.

Disclaimer : I have a holding in AQL & AQLGA
