There used to be a web site. http://www.pacificlithium.com

Shareholder approval was recently given to merger with US company
Lithium Technology Corporation, a nasdaq bulletin board co(LTC). I
understand Tyndall of the Warehouse is a substantial shareholder???
Floated 18 months ago at nz2.40. Last I heard they were trading at 5.40.
