[sharechat] Brierley Shares

Can anyone explain what will happen to Brierly now they are moving? 1.
Where is their main listing now the head office is in Singapore &
registered in Bermuda?
2. Why are they being sold down heavily, and who would be future buyers?
3. Will the existing share structure change?

Their company sites seems to be shutdown
