For what its worth, my picks for 2000 are my current
holdings:
Fernz (way, way undervalued - I purchased at $4.36,
currently at $4.35)
Fletcher energy (purchased today at $4.38 after selling
down RBD, which I think has peaked - although kept half my shareholding for I
believe a solid 15-20% gain per annum)
Ryman Health (purchased this at $1.65, now $2.17, still
mileage left yet)
Scott Technology - good markets, well placed balance
sheet for rising interest rates Won't be anything stunning, but good return all
the same.
Warehouse. -its all been said, I've done well out of it
over the last two months, and expect to do so over at least the next
year.
Regarding property component:
AMP Office Trust - again, way undervalued.
Sold recently - Chrome Global for .64c (purchased in IPO for
.31c).
